Key-coded entry to the side entrance and the room worked very well. The staff arranged taxis for me.
My room did not have a fan and it was a bit stuffy.

the staff was quite friendly and helpful. breakfast was excellent, and the separate entrance to the hotel from the pub is a good idea.
parking was very awkward, as there isnt any hardly. the room was roasting hot, and the chair to sit on in the room was horrible.

wonderful stay, great value
great comfortfree wifinoise insulation
the beds offered great comfort and i found parking just outside the hotel. a tv was available though i didn't use it. fresh towels were on the bed and a lively unsuited bathroom added convenience. the room included a kettle with coffee and milk on a desk. free wifi, which i really appreciated.
It was hot and stuffy unfortunately. opening a window wasn't possible, and i found no fan or air conditioning. i also thought the noise insulation was poor. Noises outside my door and window were audible.

the staff were friendly and helpful when needed. i was greeted by a staff member who explained the locks and hotel procedures. they were very kind and attentive, which greatly enhanced my experience.
